Yes...pull down from the top twice for quick setting icons...look for the one that says Earphone Button (it is set to POC...click it to change it to PTT)  You can get me on FB Messenger search bobofthedeep or WhatsApp/Telegram/Signal +1.631.830.2555

This worked for my MIC too on my P2. Glad it worked but not intuitive, too bad.
